It’s been a full year since I’ve gone to see any kind of racing. The last time was actually the same event I’m going to Saturday, last year. “Anarchy at the Arch” Street Car Super Nationals St Louis.

I love drag racing, especially the Outlaw drag radial classes. Guys are trying to put 1000hp down through a 275 section width tire. It’s nutty.

I love the variety of what shows up, big turbos, superchargers, and nitrous cars all going head to head.

Hopefully it will be a blast, is it bracket racing then? or grouping? Sometimes it is funny to see in bracket racing a 16 second car get chased down by a 9 second car.

I was at work when this went up. This weekend is pretty open for us, but don’t know how the kids would do with loud noises.

I'll mention it to the wife. She used to go to the NHRA with her dad a few years ago. It may be a good into as I thought about taking the kids to NHRA, as 12 & under are free, I wonder if they are free this weekend.
